Elisa's history is an open book to the D.F.B., since her philosophy started the ball rolling. An immigrant to the country, brought by her parents at a young age, she's endured through good times and bad as a patriotic citizen of King's Row, Paragon, US of A. From an early age she knew she was different, with odd powers to manipulate the world around her -- even if the doctors the family could afford couldn't figure out the source of her mutation.

She spent three years in the Freak Show in an effort to protect herself from other gangs, but eventually left -- she ditched the power-enhancing drugs and kept the replacement cybernetic arm. Now she's working on building her power back up, and guiding the D.F.B.'s cause of protecting those who can't protect themselves, in the least corny superheroey way possible.
